Why PCBA?
Looking to achieve financial independence through commercial property investment? That's exactly why we created PCBA. Co-founders Kent and Anthony reached financial freedom through smart real estate investments and decided to share their expertise to help you do the same.

Our Founders
Kent Cliffe
Kent holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and began his career when he joined one of Perth's most prominent independent property advisory and funds management companies.
With a passion for identifying opportunities and value-adding to property, Kent progressed to advising ASX-listed clients and various family offices about all matters that relate to property. Other relevant post-grad studies include a Dip. Fin. Plan and Dip Prop. With a real estate license and an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) holder.
His remarkable achievements in the field have not gone unnoticed. Kent Cliffe was inducted into the Real Estate Institute of Australia's Hall of Fame for his outstanding contributions to buyers' agency and the strategic sourcing of property opportunities.
Choosing his own direction now, Kent likes to focus on his own property investments/developments. Kent is enthusiastic about channelling all the knowledge he has gained over the last 15 years into PCBA and ultimately our client's success in commercial property investment.

Anthony McNamara
After working as an engineer in the oil and gas industry for 20 years Anthony decided to indulge his passion for property and form PCBA with Kent.
His interest in property began in 2002 when he bought his first duplex in Perth. His career took him to London and the USA where he purchased additional residential properties. The US marked a change in investment strategy from buy & hold to cashflow investing, and he purchased multiple new build residential properties which comfortably cleared long term debt financing.
A return to Australia in 2015 saw him look for the same cash flow investments which led to taking a 12 month mentorship in commercial property. Over the next couple of years he was able to purchase several commercial assets with a focus on quality assets in higher yielding regional areas. His portfolio income increased to a point where it exceeded his wage and gave him the freedom to pursue other interests.
His passion now is to help other investors create meaningful positive cashflow from their investments so that they can decide where to spend their time.
